ComfortBridge™ Technology seamlessly integrates smart technology with indoor comfort and is factory-installed in select, premium DesertShield brand gas furnaces and air handlers. This technology ensures that your DesertShield brand heating and cooling systems operate at peak performance cost-effectively.
Previously, communication technology was limited to a few expensive, proprietary thermostats. Now, ComfortBridge™ Technology is securely installed in DesertShield brand furnace and air handler equipment, providing consistent, energy-efficient home comfort.
Variable Speed ECM Blower Motors
Variable Speed ECM Blower Motors provide smooth and quiet startup and shutdown, reducing noise and energy consumption compared to standard efficiency motors across various operating speeds. They ensure consistent low-speed operation, enhancing filtration and maintaining optimal comfort levels. These features are available in models DSVPTC and MBVC.

To be eligible for the 10-Year Parts Limited Warranty, you must complete online registration within 60 days of installation. Registration is unnecessary in California or Québec. Please note that warranty coverage duration may vary.
The DSVPTC’s blower design features a variable-speed direct current motor, which eliminates the cold blast of air often associated with single-speed units during heating start-up. This air handler is ideal for both new and retrofit installations.
